custom-field-paragraph-preview

And it is a new year. Might as well make a new post.

And here we go!!!

First lets start with the code.

<div id="custom-text">
<?php //get paragraph (custom field) ?>
 <?php $text = get_post_meta($post->ID, 'paragraph', true); ?>
 <p><?php echo $text; ?></p>
</div>

Insert that code in any php page that you want it to show up in. Etc. single.php or index.php.
Next, make sure the custom fields on in wordpress.

Once that is turned on you should be able to see this below your page or post copy section. Add ‘paragraph’ as the name of the custom field. Then type whatever content you want in the value and it will show up between the paragraph tags in the php.
